Warranties & Returns

Here’s what you need to know about Warranties and Returns.

We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchased items. Nevertheless, should you find that the products do not meet your expectations in any respect, rest assured that our return process has been designed to be both straightforward and efficient.

Warranties

All Acenew products are covered under our Warranty.

Your All-In-One Off-Grid Inverter comes with a 3-year warranty on the battery and a 2-year warranty on all other components. Solar Accessories come with a 1-year Warranty. Solar Panels come with a 5-year Warranty.

All Portable Power Starion products come with a 2-year Warranty, and all power bank, charing cable and wall charger come with a 1-year warranty. 

The warranty doesn’t cover any product that has been inappropriately disassembled, modified, damaged, or otherwise mistreated.

Lost or Damaged Products

If the product is not delivered to the address listed on the order or is lost in transit, the customer must notify Acenew immediately.

If the product received is damaged or appears to be damaged, the customer is advised to take pictures and videos of the damaged product and if possible, refuse shipment from the carrier, citing damage. The customer must notify Acenew within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the product. Email support@acenew.com with photo and video evidence of the damaged product.

Returns

Products purchased from Acenew can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept returns beyond 7 days of delivery. This policy excludes returns made for defective items, which may be accepted after inspection and approval by Acenew.

The customer must initiate the return with the Acenew Support Team within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer to begin the return. Returns will be accepted for items in unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

For Acenew products purchased from authorized sellers, please contact the seller where the item was originally purchased.

For corporate customers, wholesale customers, agents, etc., the return policy is stipulated in the cooperation agreement. Samples are not covered by the return policy.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for product returns will be covered by Acenew if the product was damaged during shipping, due to a product defect, or in a case where the incorrect product was delivered. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs when the product is returned under any other conditions. Any shipping costs the customer is responsible for will be deducted from any refund issued to the customer by Acenew.

Refunds

For returns related to customer preferences (i.e. not related to damage, defects, or incorrect product delivered) made within the 15-day return period and once received, Acenew will issue a refund within 7 – 14 business days. Acenew will notify the customer once the refund has been processed. All returned items will be inspected to ensure they comply with Acenew’s return policy.

 

This policy applies only to Acenew products purchased in the United States through authorized sellers.

All sales made outside the United States are final.
