Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 3 business days.
For customers in North America:
- 3C products such as power banks, charging plugs, data cables, 3-in-1 charging stations, solar power banks, and solar panels will arrive at your delivery address within 3-5 business days.
- Mobile energy storage products like N1200 and N300 will arrive at your delivery address within 14 business days.
- The HES6K series home energy storage products are currently not available for sale to end customers. Interested partners may contact our customer service for shipment inquiries.
No deliveries will be made during public holidays.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is shipped, our after-sales team will send a logistics confirmation email to your registered email address, including tracking information.

Delivery Regions
Products like power banks, charging plugs, data cables, 3-in-1 charging stations, solar power banks, solar panels, N1200, N300, and others support logistics delivery in North America.
Customers from other regions or those interested in products like HES6K home energy storage should contact us at support@acenew.com.
Logistics Information
Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and other shipping information you provide. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by incorrect shipping details.
We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact Acenew support team within 7 business days at support@acenew.com.
We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
